Coxley Holt Working Party

These will be every other weekend, alternating between Saturdays and Sundays. 

If you have practical skills, tough footwear, tough gloves, and some tools you are confident using (hand held or powered, used at your own risk) please come and join in. This is not a suitable activity for children. Also there are no facilities on the field - no loo, no shelter, no parking, so come foot, and bring a flask if you want some coffee! 

Much has been achieved so far, and some new friendships made. 

Still to do:

Continue cutting back the bank beside the roadside pavement

Clear the long grass under the trees where the tractor couldn't reach

Scrape/sweep the two hardstandings

Sweep out the pigsty

Scrape/sweep the pigsty hardstandings including removing bramble stumps

Move the already cleared brambles to the bonfire

Light the bonfire when the wind is suitable
